JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide Excellent Service and support over emails, phone, fax and in person
• Monitors and researches orders to ensure proper information is supplied and takes proactive measure to ensure the accuracy of all orders
• Works closely with Sales team members and Parts Management
• Responds to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts services and finding solutions to ensure satisfaction
• Multitasks daily with high volume of work load to ensure company needs are met.
• Remains knowledgeable and up-to date on changes and developments in the industry
• Waits on customers at our local sales walk in counter
• Learns the software programs and develops a good relationship in working with our HVAC manufacturers. Requires daily communications with many of
our manufacturers .
