Engineering Co-OpResponsibilities: Assisting the sales engineers from the building design process all the way through installation. · Going out on job sites to test/ inspect equipment, identify problems, and then come up with innovative solutions. · Assisting on various jobs to gain a better understanding of our product offerings and operations. · Perform quality control on delivery and install. · Analyze data, and develop spreadsheets that more accurately organized and represented data for the company. · Research on new potential projects and leads. · Meeting customers, attend sales calls, and build customer relations. · Attending company conferences to meet and inform our customers on the products and services we have. · Learn how to read construction documents and schedules accurately. · Additional responsibilities may vary based upon the immediate needs of the business.

Inside Sales Engineering SupportAn individual in this position should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as, a high technical/engineering ability. From time to time this individual will be asked to communicate with clients via phone/e-mail/face to face. A background in mechanical engineering, technical sales, previous inside sales experience and previous experience in the HVAC industry are a plus.
