Our firm works closely with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors to design, sell, and service HVAC equipment on new construction projects, renovation projects, and replacement projects.

Position Summary

Thermal is looking for someone to be a key driver in building our marketing functions from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to create, implement, and refine marketing processes to support the company’s growth. An individual in this position shall have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as exceptional knowledge of marketing fundamentals. This individual will represent the firm to clients, peer organizations, and business associates.

Primary Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disability to perform the essential functions. • Plan marketing activities • Plan and coordinate special events • Actively involved in professional and community organizations • Maintain resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, etc. • Update social medial information • Update Web site information • Conduct research on strategic prospective client industries • Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the AEC and HVAC industries Abilities and Skills • Professional demeanor that enables the person to interact with clients • Proficient with work processing software • Proficient with desktop publishing software • Organizational skills, multi-tasking • Detail oriented • Excellent time-management skills • Ability to work well with people • Ability to manage projects independently and take initiative • A self-motivated, innovative thinker with strong personal discipline • Bonus if you enjoy turning complex technical content into something engaging Education • Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of experience recommended • Without a degree, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required
