Thermal Equipment Sales, Inc. began in 1957 and has been representing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) manufacturers ever since. Our firm works closely with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors to design, sell, and service HVAC equipment on new construction projects, renovation projects, and replacement projects. We are seeking a Parts Counter Representative. An individual in the position will need to handle our customers HVAC parts needs as well as well as our company’s engineering sales staff in the quoting, ordering, and processing of HVAC parts sales, while being committed to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Provide Excellent Service and support over emails, phone, fax and in person • Monitors and researches orders to ensure proper information is supplied and takes proactive measure to ensure the accuracy of all orders • Works closely with Sales team members and Parts Management • Responds to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts services and finding solutions to ensure satisfaction • Multitasks daily with high volume of work load to ensure company needs are met. • Remains knowledgeable and up-to date on changes and developments in the industry • Waits on customers at our local sales walk in counter • Learns the software programs and develops a good relationship in working with our HVAC manufacturers. Requires daily communications with many of our manufacturers .
JOB REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma • Knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment preferred but not required • Excellent organization and communication skills • Able to operate a forklift • Have the ability to lift up to 70 pounds: Be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices) • Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment • PC skills a must, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Ability to work independently, but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time framesThis posting is not available.
