We are looking for someone to call on our existing client base in the Central & Louisville Kentucky areas. This is a great opportunity to join one of the best service companies in the industry. Valid license and clean background, Technical or Trade School certification is a plus, Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office, Excel and Outlook. Applicants must be organized, great communication skills, ability to adapt to new people and challenges. Positive attitude, critical thinking skills, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.Build relationships and establish a faithful customer network to achieve market penetration. Consistently positioning Thermal Equipment Service to provide work for new customers. Including building owners, developers, property managers and general contractors. Work with internal and external staff to identify and provide solutions by obtain necessary information to estimate, prepare and present written proposals for HVAC replacements, retrofits, installations and maintenance. Will need to meet annual sales quotas and required minimum profit margins. Along with other assignments as required.
